Electrolysis has been used for over 100 hundred years for minor dermatological problems. It is proven safe & effective with little or no problems arising in its professional useage.

We use it in our practice to remove unwanted hair from all areas of the body, from small areas for example the eye brow, lip & chin to larger areas like the shoulders and back etc.  We also use electrolysis to treat broken capillaries on the face that can make you look flushed eg over the cheeks & nose. Thread veins on the legs can be unsightly and give anyones confidence a knock, especially if you like the beach on holiday.  Skin tags are tiny benign tumours that are caused mainly by friction, and therefore will occur in areas such as the neck, arm pits, groins, waist but basically anywhere on the body.  Skin tags come in all sorts of shapes & sizes, but are removed simply, and under local anaesthetic, so you won't feel a thing. There is minimal scarring left, which usually subsides to nothing over a short period of time. We only use sterile pre-packed disposables where possible. All other equipment is sterilised according to local and national legislation using a hospital standard steriliser etc.

OTHER LESIONS CAN BE SENT FOR HISTOPATHOLOGY AT LOCAL HOSPITALS FOR PEACE OF MIND IF REQUIRED AT AN EXTRA COST OF £90.00.
