LATNESS POLICY:- If you are late, and we have no other clients after you, we will extend your treatment time. However as we work an appointment system we try not to have many gaps, as this is commercially unviable to our business. If we can't offer this option, you can either re-schedule or take the time left, at an equivailant cost, as long as the treatment allows this.
NOT ATTENDING PRE-BOOKED APPOINTMENTS:-
As stated above we are a business, and to be commercially viable, we have rules about clients who book, and do not turn up for appointments. We also get concerned about clients who have been before, and don't show for their next appointment. Therefore if you are a regular client, as of January 2010, if you schedule an appointment, and fail to attend we will attempt to call you within 24 hours to check up on you, and make sure your ok. We understand that things can, and do go wrong in your life, and that it may just have slipped your mind, or you may may just need someone to talk to for a few minutes.
Clients who book appointments and don't turn up for them on a couple of occasions will be asked to pay a non- refundable deposit of £32.00. £30.00 deposit and £2.00 credit/debit card charges. This amount will be taken from the fee when the client turns up for his/her appointment. We also maintain a list of problematic / default clients, that can be checked by us, and other therapists in Glasgow. This is all done in accordence with the data protection act, and the freedom of information act. This list is consulted automatically by our computer, and telephone systems when clients call or we try to make appointments etc, so there's no escape. If you have problematic clients, and would like to add them to our database then send us an email with the details.
